  Great food, went for breakfast. Service was a little slow but not a huge deal for me. Food was fresh and tasted great. Price isn't bad either. I'll be back for sure.

  AWFUL AWFUL service! Every time we come in. Stand at the door for a long time waiting for a seat while 4 employees chat with each other..Restaurant NOT busy at all...maybe 4 other tables. The employees look at you but they don't bother greeting you. Once finally sat, you're sat at a dirty table and you wait a good 10-15 minutes until someone comes over. Maybe the employees need a lesson or 2 in positive customer service. We kept giving this place chances because it is a local, small business, however, this was our last visit here. Such a disappointment.

  Here's the thing, that have some pretty good french toast. The bad thing is that was the only positive about my visit. We ate outside, because there was a horrible smell inside that none of us could overcome. Nothing against the server, he seemed very new, but the service was horrible. It took 15 minutes to get our drink order (four waters) and 45 minutes to get our order. We could not find a manager on the floor, and there was only two servers for the entire outside area that had at least fifty people the whole time we were there. I feel bad for the wait staff. There was not enough staff, not enough management support. It was horribly run and eating up a lot of potential profit, because so little turnover and too many people waiting for their food. I would not recommend going to this establishment if you do not have the 2 hours available.

  I gave them 2 stars because the food actually is fairly tasty. I enjoy there breakfast , always hot and good portion size.
  
  I have lived in Celebration for 16 years. I used to go to market street before it was called that name. So name changed but they still kept me going back. Over the last year or two I saw the restaurant getting a lot more complaints. I don't dine in often but I do order to go a few times a month.
  
  Here's my issue and it's ALWAYS this way every single time I order from them to pick up:
  Every single time I pick up the food, it takes about 10 plus minutes for someone to acknowledge me. My last visit there one of your employees was getting heated with someone on his cell phone right up front behind the bar. This man was right in front of me on his cell phone while on the clock and completely ignored me and the guests who came in. One time I waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged , while that whole time my food was sitting there ready. There is never a host when I walk in. There has been many times where a server or host looks over at me (mind you they aren't doing anything busy) and completely ignores me as I am just sitting there patiently. Each time i gave a chance to this place hoping they would turn around their customer service but I will not go back until they actually start valuing their customers. You can have the best food in the world but if you lack in customer service, you will not be that great of a place.
